After discovering my child had lice I was totally overwhelmed. The clinic manager, Greg, returned my phone call promptly and very calmly told me what I could do immediately, scheduled a next day appointment, provided much needed education on the subject matter, and discussed treatment options. This may be a little long so bare with me. I watch my nieces 5 days a week. On Monday the older of the 2 called me to tell me the younger had lice. I googled and found a place who happened to be running a special as well. I called on the way and spoke with a very understanding woman named Angela. She talked me through what needed to happen because I was freaked out as I have never dealt with lice before. She got us in as early as possible. When we got there she educated me on everything from start to finish while treating my niece. And recommenced I bring in my other niece too. Amanda took her in the same day and as my niece is a teenager was freaked out so bad that she found something she started to hyperventilate. Amanda, to my amazement, calmed her down. It really was amazing. As it was late and my niece has an extraordinary amount of hair she had to call in someone else to help. Amanda treated her so we could go home and come back the next morning. That morning Amanda and Ashley both worked on her hair well into the afternoon.

Absolutely the BEST!!!! My child had lice 3 times in 3 months. I had spent a lot of money trying to rid her head as well as mine. I kept thinking that children were giving it to her over and over, when in fact the lice had never left.

After being fed up I called the professionals! I loved the staff. The facility was clean and nice. Amanda the manger is amazing. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was worth every penny as they not only made sure all the lice was gone, but educated me on the myths of lice and how to rid the lice in the future. Yolanda did my hair and she was detailed and gentle. I am so glad that we called. Hopefully my kids will never have again, but if they do I’m calling lice center right away! Worth it!!!*
